Have you ever felt like your emotions are controlling your life? Most people tend to live their lives outside in, allowing their environment, circumstances, events, and other people's actions and opinions to dictate their feelings and emotions. 😫☹️
In this case, you let the outside world control YOUR LIFE and it sucks.
This can be exhausting and can make you feel powerless.
However, it is possible to live your life inside out, where you are in control of your emotions regardless of what's going on around you. It may take some time and effort to achieve this, but it is definitely worth it.
SUCCESS = Live INSIDE OUT
No, it’s NOT humanly possible to be positive 100% of the time and it’s OK. It’s ok to react to negative events, BUT it’s not OK to stay there.
The TRUTH is - your emotional state attracts your life events and circumstances 🙀
The truth is, that your emotional state attracts your life events and circumstances. If you constantly live in worry, guilt, shame, and self-doubt, you will attract events that will make you feel more of that. On the other hand, if you choose to feel blessed, abundant, special and gifted, grateful, and happy, you will attract events that will make you feel more of that.
So how can you control your emotions? Here are some tips:
1. Be aware of your emotions: The first step to controlling your emotions is to be aware of them. Pay attention to how you feel and what triggers your emotions. Once you are aware of your emotions, you can start to manage them effectively.
2. Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment and aware of your thoughts and feelings without judgment. It helps you to stay calm and focused even in stressful situations. (Note: I plan to have some future articles that go into more detail on mindfulness)
3. Take deep breaths: Deep breathing is a simple but effective way to calm yourself down when you are feeling overwhelmed. Take a few deep breaths and focus on your breath. This will help you to relax and clear your mind.
4. Practice self-care: Taking care of yourself is essential for emotional well-being. Make time for activities that you enjoy, such as exercise, reading, or spending time with loved ones. This will help to reduce stress and improve your mood.
5. Choose your thoughts: Your thoughts have a powerful impact on your emotions. Focus on positive thoughts and affirmations, and avoid negative self-talk.
Remember, you are in control of your emotions, not the other way around.
Choose how you want to feel EVERY SINGLE DAY; it’s actually the only thing you CAN CONTROL in your life. So, take control of it...

And you will attract those events into your life that will make you feel MORE of that.
It’s the LAW OF THE UNIVERSE
